CANCELLATIONS and REFUND POLICY
Enrolments are automatically carried on until the end of the calendar year. Cancellation of class and or enrolment must be made in writing to the studio 1 week before the next month or term. In the event the studio has not been notified in writing within the required time, the full invoice will still be payable.
The studio does not refund fees for missed classes. A refund of fees will not apply for change of mind or for missed classes. Families are provided with other optional times to attend make up classes. Should any extenuating circumstances arise please put your refund request in writing and it will be carefully considered. A medical certificate may be required.
A $15.00 late fee applies for accounts not paid on the due date as per issued on invoice. Casual class payments must be paid at the commencement of each lesson.
